realistic looking screws.In this tutorial we will use Rectangular Marquee
Tool, Elliptical Marquee Tool and Gradient Tool to get this effect.
1. Open a new document and make a circular selection.
2. Select the Gradient tool,black
to white Radial gradient. Check the reverse box on the top
bar. Draw the gradient starting from the center.
3. Make a new layer. Draw a long rectangle and
fill with dark gray.
4. Hit the little "f" at
the bottom of the layers pallette to Add a layer style. Apply the Inner
Shadow settings.
5. Press Ctrl+T for free transform.The
image should look like this.
6. Now merge down the layers and add a drop
shadow and a bit of color.
7. This is the final image.
