[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels by 500 pixels of resolution 72 dpi. Choose the RGB mode.
[2] Now select the Text Tool and create your text as shown image below.
[3] With your type tool still selected
click on the "Create
warped Text"
button to open the wrap text box.
[4] Use these settings.
[5] Your image should be look like this.
[6] Then make the copy of
Layer Intel see in the next image.
[7] And now press the Cntl+E
to merge down the Intel Layer
don't
merge intel copy layer
see in the next image.
[8] And hide the Inter Copy
Layer as shown fig. below.
[9] Now go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates
use these
settings.
[10] Then go to Image>Rotate Canvas 90 CW.
[11] Your image look like this.
[12] Then go to Filter>Stylize>Wind
use the following
settings.
[13] Then press Cntl+F to
reapte wind effect 12 time.
[14] Then to go Image>Rotate Canvas> 90CCW.
[15] Now go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates
use these
settings.
[16] Your image should be look like this.
[17] Now enable to top layer
change the color would you like.
[18] Your image will be look like this.
[19] Then go to Blending Option
select the Gradient Overlay
use these settings.
[20] And set the Gradient color
as shown image below.
[21] Here is final step go to Blending Option
select Stroke
Structure use the following settings.
