show you how to add a quick frame effects to a photo.
1. Open a image in Photoshop.
2. Goto Image>Canvas size to Increse the Canvas size.
3. Click the tiny cursive "f" at the bottom
of the Layers Palette and Select Stroke option.
4. Apply the Stroke settings.(I used Size-15,Position-Inside,Opacity-100
and Color-white).
5. Apply a Drop Shadow effect
(I used angle-30 and size-8).
6. Press Ctrl +T to rotate
the image clockwise by positioning the cursor just below the bottom right-hand
handle, then dragging upward slightly. Press Enter to accept
the rotation.
7. Press Ctrl+N to create a new layer and place it below
the image layer.
8. Fill with a color.
9. This is the final image.
