[1]- First of all Take any new image here I
have taken this image as shown below.
[2]- Now click on this icon 'Add vactor mask'

[3]- Go to Filter>Artistic>Colored pencil
[4]- Now select the Stained Glass.
[5]- Double click on this layer and
select the Bevel and Emboss
from
the Layer style and use the settings below
[6]- Now select the Drop Shadow from
the layer style and use
the followings settings
[7]- Now your image should look like this
[8]- Create a new Layer2 from the layer window
and create
a new shape help by the Rectangular
marquee tool . after that fill the light
yellow color.
[9]- Now go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates
And
use the settings below.
[10]- Go to Filter>Pixelate>Fragment after
that go to
Filter>Pixelate>Mezzotint=long line
[11]- Now go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur
and use the settings
below
[12]- Press the Ctrl+F many times
[13]- Create a new shape with Lasso tool and press
the Alt+Ctrl+D
and radiuse feather 22
now fill the light yellow color .
[14]- Now your image has been completed .
